Can you add an Email Test button with the SMTP setup?

I'm setting up a new SSPR server and troubleshooting Password Expiration emails and there's no way to test the config. The first overnight after the initial setup the emails didn't go through because I didn't whitelist the new server. After adding to whitelist it looks like the SSPR isn't sending emails. I'm told by support I have to wait until it's triggered. So I get one test per day.

A simple test email button right on the SMTP setup screen would streamline the configuration.

Also there seems to be no way to configure the timing the of trigger. I'd like to send the email during the day when users are reading emails.
