Unable to use common words if part of Security Question

If using question "What city / town were you born in?", you are unable to have an answer with "City".  This eliminates answers like "Oklahoma City", "Ocean City", "Jersey City" and "New York City".  Could there be an intelligent way to eliminate the checking for words that are valid answers to the questions?
