Allow for a an encrypted pin that a user can enter, and help desk verify to confirm the user prior to allowing a reset of the challenge questions. The customer had a custom JSP for the helpdesk detail jsp file, but with the newest versions it does not allow the customization or it needs to be in a different location. Customer is happy to provide the custom JSP for consideration for the enhancement. Customer would also like the ability to add customization that would be supported or not diminished. One such idea would possibly be to use the CX framework where dependancies on tomcat and java can evolve while still sustaining a middle tier solution for customization.
