3.3.1.2 Update Blows Away JDBC Remote Database Class File

Server = Windows 2012 R2
DB = Remote MS SQL
Update from 3.3.1 to 3.3.1.2

Effectively bricks SSPR until replaced.

Mine was located in \\server\c$\Program Files (x86)\NetIQ Self Service
Password Reset\apache-tomcat-7.0.50\webapps\sspr\WEB-INF\lib which is
apparently deleted and replaced.

Is there any documentation on this "command line utility" referenced in
SSPRConfiguration.xml? It would be nice not to have to go edit xml every
time something similar to this happened.

This should only occur if you use the Windows msi to upgrade.

This version bundles an updated tomcat so it is essentially a new install
of everything except config. This is the most likely explanation for why
additional files like the jdbc driver are not preserved during the upgrade.

Regardless, the readme neglects to mention any required manual
backup/restore steps on Windows. So this is definitely a doc bug if it it
can be replicated.
