Challenge response after IDM migration 4.0.2 to 4.6.2

Hi , my customer has the following situation,

SSPR is meant to replace User app for password, challenge Response,

The users had registered the answers to the challenge questions in the previous version using UserApplication 4.0.2,

After migration and using the new SSPR component (IDM 4.6.2) for Forgotten Password, the component does NOT recognize the answers and the user can not change their password.

What can we do so that the SSPR recognizes the answers that were registered in the version of UserApp 4.0.2?

Any suggestions?

TIA

See the response to your duplicate thread in the IDM forum:

Also it may help if you explain exactly how you setup SSPR; if you did it
incorrectly, which we cannot tell without knowing what you did, then of
course it will not work. Citing documentation followed, configurations
set, etc. may help us understand where you are, which means we can better
come up with instructions to get you where you want to be.
