Client Login Extension - Forgotten Password Link on W8-SP1

Hello,

I installed the CLE 3.9 on Windows 8.1.
Everything has been installed successfully.

But, the forgotten password link appears on 'login screen' only and only
if the user has failed his first authentication.

Is this behaviour is as designed?
Otherwise, is it solved by CLE 3.9.1 ?
Else, is there a specific property (registry key) to be configured ?

As ever,
Stéphane Doseray
