Edit account attributes.

We're using SSPR to allow a customer service center to reset passwords and delete accounts for a public facing membership. This all works just fine. What we're being asked to do is now to allow our customer service center to be able to edit certain fields upon request by the public membership. This doesn't appear to be a supported function of SSPR that I can find. I realize there is a security implication in doing that - which will be dealt with through logging and alerting (just like any current changes are).

We looked at the "Help Desk Actor Actions", but that doesn't present an option to the service desk for something to change. It just says to change attribute X to a particular static value every time.

So, wondering if there are any potential solutions that I'm missing where I can allow a service desk to edit certain attributes within member accounts?

Thank you,
