Forgotten password with no Token verification or response


We are implementing Forgotten password and protecting this with in the
front with username and token (radius) by the NAM.
Because of the token authentication in the front we don't want any
checks like response or Token verification in SSPR.
But we can't disable them both because then we get following messsage
after logging in:

unknown error { 5015 ERROR_UNKNOWN (trying to advance through forgotten
password, but responses and tokens are unsatisfied, perhaps both are
disabled?) }

Is there way to do this?
