HTTP 500 java error after update to 3.3.1.2 b132 r38704

This is weird.

Updated SSPR to version 3.3.1.2 b132 r38704

I try to login directly and all I get is this (after entering userid/password):

HTTP 500

An error has occurred. If this error occurs repeatedly please contact your helpdesk.


Followed by a white box with some errors in it:

Any ideas on what the underlying cause is?
