Helpdesk Clear Response Not working
Hi
When a helpdesk agent is clearing the answers for an user he is displayed with the error "An error occurred during the clearing of the response questions. Please contact your administrator" but in reality its clearing the answers in the remote database
We are storing the SSPR Challenge Q & A in Oracle Database. There is no problem with the user setting up the response.

Have you checked the catalina.out file from Apache Tomcat to see if it has
any more details?
Was anything interesting done to generate the Oracle database originally?
I thin SSPR usually generates it for you if you give it credentials and
point it correctly, but I've seen places that did not feel comfortable
with that and instead created the database and tables themselves, thus my
question.

Good luck.
