Incomplete Password History in Help desk module

Hi,

When an administrator changes the password to a user in IDM (for example, through iManager), it is not displayed in the password history in SSPR 4.3.0.3, Help desk Module.

Which is the reason?

Alas, this is a fallacy perpetuated by SSPR.

The so called password change history is nothing of the sort. It is SSPR's history of password things it has done. It is not the Users.  It is stored in pwdData I think on the user and only SSPR writes to it.

So of course, iManager, IDM, or any other password change is not included. It is not very helpful for this reason.
