Is Minimum Random Required also maximum?

I am using SSPR 3.0. I have 8 challenge questions set up, and Minimum
Random Required set to 3. When going through the Forgotten Password
setup, a user is prompted to answer exactly 3 of the configured
questions. I would like the users to be able to enter more than the
minimum if they choose to. Is this possible?
Thanks
Russ

Try looking at the setting "Minimum Random Challenges Required During
Setup".

Re: Is Minimum Random Required also maximum?

Thanks for the response! I am sorry, that is the setting I meant. I
set the "Minimum Random Challenges Required During Setup" to 3, hoping
that the user would be required to set up 3, but be allowed to set up as
many as all 8. Then the "Minimum Random Required" set to 3 would ask a
random 3 out of however many questions were set up.

What happens is that on setup, the user is allowed to answer only 3 of
the 8 questions. Is there a way to allow the user to set up more than
what the "Minimum Random Challenges Required During Setup" is set to?
Thanks
Russ

I don't believe there is a way to make this optional to the user, the
admin will need to define the number of questions the user will have to
setup.
