Manual schema and permission changes to AD. Documentation?

We have a policy in our company to not run automated processes from
vendors to update the schema or permission changes. Are the changes
made by the utilities to update Active Directory for sspr documented so
we can apply them manually to our forest?

We certainly can install it into our dev system and then go look to see
what changes it made but if it were documented, that would be good.

Unfortunately no. It simply tells you how to run the utilities provided
by NEtIQ. It lists 2 attributes that are created but no details about
the type or length requirements etc. There is also no info on
permissions applied in AD, only on how to specif the OU/container you
want to apply them to.
