OAuth integration with UA

I see the OAuth config settings for SSPR and it seems that it should
work with the IDM User App, but the docs do not really provide any
detail and I am unsure of what the settings need to be. Can this be
done?

I assume it should work as NetIQ Access Review provides OAuth
integration with UA today and does not require us to wait until IDM 4.5.
Why would Access Review work and not SSPR?

Thanks,
Bruce
