SSPR 4.2.0.2 proxy exception

Hi all. Two different scenarios, but they kinda fit in the same question:

1- once a proxy is configured in SSPR, is there a way for me to add exceptions (in SSPR and not in the proxy)?
2- SMS Gateway is setup locally, but I see the sms send from SmsSengEngine being denied by the proxy configured. Should it be passing through the proxy at all?

Thanks!

Not currently, no. If you configure a proxy then you need to have
everything work through the proxy.

Have you configured SSPR to use a proxy? In that case, I would expect it
to use it for everything unless an exception list is added and it is added
to it. Most proxy setups have one of these added eventually and localhost
and 127.0.0.0/8 are often added to that list.
