SSPR Helpdesk error 5015 when searching for a user

Hi all
I have just installed SSPR 4.1 running on SLES 12 SP2 , My user store is edirectory 9.0.2
I have created a help desk group and assigned users to the group to perform help desk functions
I have enabled the helpdesk module and I get Error 5015 . An error has occured . If this error occurs repeatedly please contact your administrator .
I have configure SSPR to use edirectory password policy and the change and forgot password is working .
I am not sure if this has to do with permissions .
Please advise .

Thanks

Re: SSPR Helpdesk error 5015 when searching for a user

Error 5015 is an "ERROR_UNKNOWN" so we need to do more research to find
out where something is breaking down. Looking in the logs for (usually)
Apache Tomcat may show more, or else if you suspect something with the
interaction with eDirectory then using ndstrace and tracing LDAP (among
other things) could be useful, as shown below:

ndstrace
set dstrace=nodebug
dstrace +time +tags +ldap
dstrac file on
set dstrace=*r
#recreate error here
dstrace file off
quit

The default ndstrace.log file will be at
/var/opt/novell/eDirectory/log/ndstrace.log

Feel free to post the contents of that file here for review.
