SSPR Helpdesk url

Just implemented SSPR and wanted to know how someone from the helpdesk can
login and start resetting forgot password questions, viewing
questions/answers, etc.

I am able to login as admin but even as admin I don’t see any way of doing
this.

Thanks

Re: SSPR Helpdesk url

Can you explain what you're trying to do a little more? The
selection/modification of the actual questions, I believe, either is
controlled within eDirectory if using the NMAS options or else must be
done as an administrator, so your admins hopefully can see this, but the
helpdesk likely cannot. The helpdesk users are able to actually enter a
special helpdesk response that needs to be set by the user ahead of time
to allow a password reset, but that's very limited compared to actually
setting either challenges or responses. Only end users can set their
responses normally since anybody who can set those gets access to the
passwords of the users, and only users should have access to their own
passwords.

Re: SSPR Helpdesk url

You need to enable the Helpdesk Module and configure appropriately.

HelpDesk will never be able to see the "challenge/responses" set for the
user's own "Self Service Reset", but only the Helpdesk Challenge
Response items configured. When those are configured a new tab appears
in the help-desk users logged in view in SSPR.

Note... you need to configure a group or some other attribute based
query so that SSPR can distinguish a logged in helpdesk user vs. an
average user.

Mostly in docs, I believe.
