SSPR Rest Service

I have installed SSPR v3.3.1.0. In the configuration section, I have set
"Enable External Web Services" & "Allow Web Services To Read Answers" to
"true". However, when I am trying to access
https://<ip>:8443/sspr/public/rest.jsp, I am getting 404.

Tomcat version-8.0.26
Jdk-1.8.0_66

Why this is happening? Is there any other way to enable the web service?

Re: SSPR Rest Service

Are you sure that the URL you are using is resolving to the correct
system, and the correct service on that system?

For example, could the address be resolving to a different system, or the
port be resolving to another service?

Does the rest of SSPR work properly via the same address?

How are you trying to access the REST API, and are you setting the Accept
header to application/json (I think) when doing so?
