SSPR Upgrade to 4.3 does not run

We have a SSPR appliance running on VMware. Today we attempted the "Product Upgrade" from the Admin Console.

Ran Online Updates to pickup any needed updates for SLES 12.1/SSPR before performing the automatic product upgrade.
Updates completed successfully, restarted the appliance and logged back in.

Started the Product Upgrade. Entered our email address and product key. The upgrade says it will run over an hour. This process only ran for a few seconds, waited for several minutes and closed the Product Upgrade dialog and rebooted the appliance. No upgrades applied after the reboot. Logged back in still on SSPR and SLES 12.1.

Now the Product Upgrade tab indicates that no upgrade is available.
When we enter the Online Update page new updates are found for SLES 12.3 ad SSPR 4.3, but they will not install since the baseline product upgrade did not complete.

De-Registered and Re-registered the appliance on MicroFocus, but this did not make any difference. Anyway to reset the Product Upgrade repos back to SLES 12.1 and SSPR so we can attempt online Product Upgrade again?

In this case I would open a Service Request. I assume you are entitled to do it.
