SSPR and pre-boot authentication with full disk encryption

Hi,

We are currently using Check Point Endpoint Security with Full Disk
Encryption and pre-boot authentication.
This allows for user authentication BEFORE OS is loaded and higher
security. The preboot login is synchronized with the Windows AD login.

Currently investigating SSPR solutions from NetIQ, but the preboot login
is a showstopper, as it require a help desk call to bypass the preboot
login when password is forgotten.

Anyone have suggestions or other solutions to this?

Regards,
Tor Harald Lothe
