SSPR logging

Hello

I have set SSPR 3.2 (IDM 4.5) to log level INFO, but it stills outputs
TRACE and DEBUG messages to the catalina.out file.

Java StdOut Log Level (Advanced) = 4 - INFO
File Log Level = 4 - INFO
LocalDB Log Level = 4 - INFO

Any ideas how to disable the TRACE/DEBUG messages?
Thanks

Re: SSPR logging

I've never noticed that. If you do an explicit restart of Apache Tomcat
does it make any difference? Can you duplicate it on a second system in a
new install (before changing settings)? Care to post relevant sections of
your SSPRConfiguration.xml file (I think those settings are in there, but
don't quote me on it), maybe looking for differences between the original
and modified versions?

Re: SSPR logging

I've restarted SSPR a number of times.

<setting key="events.fileAppender.level" syntax="SELECT"
syntaxVersion="0" modifyTime="2014-11-10T00:12:39Z"
modifyUser="default|cn=uaadmin,o=System">^M
<value><![CDATA[INFO]]></value>^M
</setting>^M
<setting key="events.pwmDB.logLevel" syntax="SELECT"
syntaxVersion="0" modifyTime="2014-11-10T00:12:37Z"
modifyUser="default|cn=uaadmin,o=System">^M
<value><![CDATA[INFO]]></value>^M
</setting>^M
<setting key="events.java.stdoutLevel" syntax="SELECT"
syntaxVersion="0" modifyTime="2014-11-10T00:16:55Z"
modifyUser="default|cn=uaadmin,o=System">^M
<value><![CDATA[INFO]]></value>^M
</setting>^M
</settings>^M
</PwmConfiguration>^M

Greetings,
We are aware of this and looking to resolve it. The behavior is
seen when SSPR is deployed with the Identity Applications 4.5 and
Identity Reporting 4.5. If SSPR 3.2 is deployed by itself then the
behavior is not seen.
