Turning off Password Strength Meter

In testing SSPR we have had quite a few complaints that setting a new
password is confusing because the user can enter a password which meets
displays a strength of Good or Strong but is not accepted because it
includes a word or part of a word from the excluded wordlist. We
thought the simplest solution would be to not have the Password Strength
Meter display, so the user will read the message which indicates the
password is "too common" etc. but there doesn't seem to be an option to
hide the meter. Looking at documentation for v3.2 this was possible,
does anybody know why is this not available in 3.3?
Thanks
Mark

It is available, under Modules - Change Password - Show Strength Meter (at the
very bottom)
