Unable to unlock account through SSPR with challenge respon


My customer have eDirectory 9.0.4 and SSPR v4.2.0.1 (in SLES 12 SP2)

When the users want unlock and change password in the following error appears:


SSPR 5003

You are already authenticated.

In SSPR Configuration Manager, click the "enabled" box in Modules / Authenticated / Setup Security Questions / Force Response Setup was applicated, but the error persists.

How we can resolve this error?
