Upgrade to SSPR 3.2

Hi

I did an upgrade from 3.1 to 3.2 as pr. instructions in the docs. When accessing the servlet it throws the folowing errors:

SSPR-Wordlist error 5019 ERROR_SERVICE_NOT_AVAILABLE (LocalDB is not available, SSPR-Wordlist will remain closed)

Same error for SSPR-Seedist

LocalDB is not online. Startup error: 5052
IntruderManager unable to start: 5019 ERROR_SERVICE_NOT_AVAILABLE

It seems that owner, rights etc. is OK (same as with old 3.1 installation)

Any ideas ?

I vaguely remember the same thing with the 3.0 to 3.1 upgrade. I'm
fairly certain there was an incorrect steps in the docs regarding the
database "backup"/restore procedure.

I submitted documentation feedback, but not sure if the docs ever got
fixed. I'll have to look at the 3.2 docs and see if the steps are still
wrong.

I vaguely recall it was either the docs had you START the service and
THEN "restore" the database directory that was the issue, or the fact
they had you delete the database directory.
