Error message: "Error removing corrupt entry from "OU=..."

Hello,

i'm deploying SecureLogin to version 8.7 in an Novell eDirectory environment (we're now using 7.0) but the first test users have an error message: Error removing corrupt entry from "OU=MyOU.O=myo.T=mytree" (image here: https://ibb.co/gvPJNDt)
Somebody could help me to find which is the corrupt entry? I can't see any SecureLogin log in the computer...

Thank you in advance

Re: Error message: "Error removing corrupt entry from "OU=..

Hi,
Can you please let us know the exact steps to reproduce this issue.

1. Does this error message keep coming?
2. Did you upgrade SecureLogin 7.0 -> 8.7 directly?
Consider referring SecureLogin online documentation.
https://www.netiq.com/documentation/securelogin-87/installation_guide/data/b174q3uw.html#bhtmv8h
3. Does SecureLogin SecretStore feature enabled?
4. Does SecureLogin local cache feature enabled?
5. Do they use SecureLogin AES encryption?
6. To enable SecureLogin debuglog, please refer the following URL.

Re: Error message: "Error removing corrupt entry from "OU=..

thanks for your reply. I've solved the issue checking my applications: there were with the same name and two with the same URL; after deleting the duplicated entries the message disappeared
