NSL 7 SP3 with HF3

Hi all,

just came across a localization issue with NSL 7 SP3 HF3.
While having a german installation after installing NSL 7 SP3 HF3 the
language is reverted to english.

The issue has been logged at NTS already.

Re: NSL 7 SP3 with HF3

I can confirm this issue and didn't find any workaround. Seems we have
to skip this Hotfix until a further patch with working language support
comes across.
