NSL V8.01 Microsoft Active Directory Integration min. Rights

Hello,

I´ve Setup NSL 8.01 with Active Directory Integration successfully.
If a user opens SSLPROTO the Password store for Active Directory and
local was online. So no Problem occurs 🙂

As *Domain Admin* (Schemamaster too) I want to use SLMANAGER to manage
users applications and configuration.
I open SLMANAGER and try to locate the user in Active Directory tree. I
can browse the Domain Name but I cannot scan into the depth of the tree
to find users OU and at least user itself.

I think I need more permissions, but what kind of persmisions are
necessary?
Regards Jürgen

Re: NSL V8.01 Microsoft Active Directory Integration min. Rights

Hi Jürgen,

slmanager.exe is working as expected / normal in this case. the domain
is not expanded so you have to enter the full
cn=username,ou=abc,ou=abc,dc=domain,dc=local
This feature will only work in LDAP and eDirectory mode.

Regards
Frank
