Script for SAP Logon 7.30

Hi,

I´m looking for some help,

I had a server running SAP Logon 7.10 and Novell Secure Login 7.0 SP3
(or 7.0.3) using a pre-built script. We updated SAP Logon to version
7.30.

The thing is that now that script doesn´t work.

Has anyone made an update of this script to use on SAP Logon 7.30 ?

Thanks in advance.

Regards !

MS.

Re: Script for SAP Logon 7.30

hi,

not an easy one, as you seem to have not much experience in 'writing'
application definitions yourself. we do have 7.30, but a highly
customized appl-def. so no copy&paste solution here.

i created a new one with 8.0.3, but according to the scriptheader it
should be no better than yours:

Code:
--------------------
#==========================================================
# EXE/ID: SAPLOGON.EXE
# Name: SAP - SAPLOGON.EXE
# Type: Windows
# App Version: 6.20 - 6.40 - 7.10
# Script Version: 3.0
#
# Written By: Novell Inc.
# Last Updated By: Novell Inc.
#
# History:
#
# 15 Jan 2003 - Novell Inc. - Created application definition
# 09 Sep 2005 - Novell Inc. - Added Regsplit Fix
# 06 Jan 2006 - Novell Inc. - Added support for v6.4
# 06 Mar 2006 - Novell Inc. - Strcat added to Sapgui 620 dialog
# 08 Jul 2009 - Novell Inc.- Added support for SAPGUI 7.10
# 08 Jul 2009 - Novell Inc.- Added support for Client, Username, Password and Language for SAP Logon Screen
# 08 Jul 2009 - Novell Inc.- Added support for Multiple ID's for Change Password
#==========================================================

--------------------

think you either need to drill into that yourself or find a partner
doing that for you. wintool, sldotnetwindowfinder and slscriptbuilder
are tools you can get from support helping you get information about
input fields and buttons and the like, as well as identifying dialogues
(insofar as SAP provides any, this application is not going to get
integrated in securelogin in a nice manner in any case, lot of guessing
and emulating key strokes here).

good luck, florian
