SecureLogin 8.0 and IBM Personal Communication emulator

Hello,

I am busy to make a script for the IBM Personal Communication
emulator.
Using the TLAUNCHER, I created a shortcut on the desktop ... and it
works...

Now I am not sure if it is possible but I would like to start the script
from the Windows application when the emulator.exe is started.
The idea is to use the "Run" command to push the emulator script inside
the emulator;
something like : Run "c:\....\tlaunch.exe" "/auto" "/eSession1" "/L"
"/pIBM Personal Communications" "/t" "/q" "/s"

So far .. NOK .. TLAUNCH starts but does not push the script ...

Do I miss something ? Is it possible to do what I am trying ? Ant idea ?
.....

Tx for your help ...

Stephan

Re: SecureLogin 8.0 and IBM Personal Communication emulator

hi,

1. you´ve got a tlaunch.ini with an entry named (in this case) "IBM
Personal Communications"?
2. spaces in between are no problem (one could name it IBMPersComm and
make the appropriate change in the tlaunch.ini

our call from a powershell-script is:
<sso-path>\tlaunch.exe /auto /pPERSCOM /ePERSCOM /q /s

our tlaunch.ini:
[PERSCOM]
TerminalType=HLLAPI
EmulatorPath=C:\Program Files (x86)\Personal Communications\pcsws.exe
HllapiFunctionName=HLLAPI
HllapiDLLName=C:\Program Files (x86)\Personal
Communications\ehlapi32.dll
HomeDirectory=C:\Program Files (x86)\Personal Communications
SessionFile01="<path>\DISPLAY_TELNET.WS"

p.s.: <path> is a real path of course

Re: SecureLogin 8.0 and IBM Personal Communication emulator

Hello,

Tx a lot for your answer ...

I found the problem and I got the feeling to be stupid ... Typo error
when specifying the /p name ...

Now it is working but I still have a question.

If I start the first time the "<sso-path>\tlaunch.exe /auto /pScript
/ePERSCOM /q /s", the script works.
Now if I would like to have a second session, I start (a second time)
the same "<sso-path>\tlaunch.exe /auto /pScript /ePERSCOM /q /s" but
the script does not work....

I put in the tlaunch.ini file
SessionFile01="<path>\Session1.ws
SessionFile02="<path>\Session2.ws
but no idea how can I specify it in the tlaunch command line ?

Tx for your help ...
