Re: SecureLogin and Chinese applications

Hi Stephan,

I have done an implementation in Kuwait with arabic languages.
No issues have been identified so I would say that also chinese would
work well.

Regards
Frank

Re: SecureLogin and Chinese applications

Tx Frank,

10000 Tx for your answer ...

Just to have an idea (and maybe a stupid question) ...
The Script commands are in English but how did you manage when you had
to find and/or to compare information from the apps against a variable
(like the Windows Title or Text inside a window) ?

Tx for your help ...

Re: SecureLogin and Chinese applications

Stephan,

yes, the commands are the same in english.

#WaitForText "ENTER REQUIRED APPLICATION ID"
#WaitForText "CIIU? ??U? C??UUC? C????U?E"
WaitForText "«œŒ·"
Type tpx
Type @E

Arabic text cannot be pasted in here so forgive the above stupid text
but this is a snippet from the Host-Script at the customer.
Use Window finder / slscriptbuilder to get the information. Attention to
the wintool with those kind of languages.. It was giving me a hard time
with wintool. I have primarily used slscriptbuilder..
Had a translator in the past with me and additionally a guy from the
partner was able to translate and type the text which couln't be copied
🙂
