documentation for DHTML & SSO

i could not find anything about handling events in a 'static' htmlpage
with javascript (which is one of the features of SecureLogin 8.0.1
afaik). is there any guidance how to handle such pages?

i can not use text or the like because error messages are in the
source-code, but not presented to the user before the login fails.
neither there is a change of title or url to derive (un)successful
logins from any input, false or correct.

thanks in advance, florian
