usage of setprompt

this one should be easy to use (http://tinyurl.com/jn8zxuj), anyhow, it
never works. i use it before first usage of $xyz, and a descriptive text
for the dialog (first time this appl-def wants to reference said $xyz)
at the end of the application definition. moving the 'final' setprompt
around (in the appl-def) changes nothing.
this just never shows in the popup.

is this just 'broken' (what i think) or something not documented to get
that do what it should?

thanks in advance, florian
