DoubleCheck Integrates Novell Sentinel and Identity Manager

DATELINE - May 9, 2007 - DoubleCheck today announced from the Gartner Compliance & Risk Management Summit it is integrating security and identity management products from Novell into its DoubleCheck GRC+T (Governance, Risk, Compliance and Testing) Solution Suite. This is the first integrated solution to provide customers with a bridge between risk management and IT as it links those key data assets into an organization's overall compliance management framework.

"By integrating Sentinel from Novell, the control test environment is seamlessly connected to a customer's IT infrastructure via the DoubleCheck Test Center. In addition, Novell Identity Manager provides functionality for monitoring Segregation of Duties (SOD) controls and testing. By integrating these two flagship Novell products into the DoubleCheck Solution Suite we can provide customers a real time test and exception notification process for control management. The automation of control management and testing will improve visibility into the IT environment for management and reduce audit costs. We are proud and excited to be working with a world class company in Novell to bring this comprehensive GRC solution to market," said Joseph Cincotta, President/CEO of DoubleCheck.
