Expired Certificate

I installed the Sentinel Log Manager (trial version) succesfully. I need
to get the logs from a Check Point device, so I must use the plugins and
the Event Source Management. But when I´m trying to run the Event Source
Management, appears an error that says "The application couldn´t run".
The previous messages at Java said that the certificate had expired. How
can I solve this? Thanks

Re: Expired Certificate

See the Best Practices section of the Administration Guide for more on
which certificates are used, where, and how to replace them. Unless you
want to use a third-part certificate (for which the instructions were
created) just create your own new CA, mint a cert from it (see dozens of
online tutorials about this and doing so via the 'openssl' command which
should be on your system), and then use that as the new certificate:

https://www.netiq.com/documentation/novelllogmanager12/log_manager_admin/data/bq8s3ue.html#bq8s7u3

Also, it may help to include any log file output from your ESM
initialization to be sure this is the right problem (vs. something that
just looks related even though there is a more-serious failure down the
road somewhere).

Re: Expired Certificate

I solved the problem, it was the Firefox version; when I installed the
3.6, the web app worked. But when I´m trying to enter to ESM with my
credentials, it appears that:
"Error at initialize the communication layer:
ERROR: Service name has to be provided through system property
esecurity.communication.service"
Thanks again for your time.
