Novell file system rights change - which collector?

We still use NCP shares heavily, and would like to see who made a
change, to allow a group membership to see everything on an NCP share.
These are NSS volumes on OES Linux. I'm having a hard time figuring out
what sort of configuration we need to capture that "UserA changed the
file system rights to (volume or subdirectory) on such-and-such date and
time). Any pointers to right part of the documentation?

Thank your for any time and attention.
