I assume you have not tried to move data from the old system to the new
one, but if that's wrong please let me know.

Have you verified you are collecting data? Does a raw data tap show
events coming in? If you run a collector in debug mode do you see it
parsing events fully and sending them on? Do you see files growing in
the /var/opt/novell/sentinel_log_mgr/data/eventdata directory structure
somewhere? Do you see rawdata somewhere in the same part of the
filesystem (not at a box to check now... paths may be slightly off)?
