Report Change not being rendered in PDF

Okay,

So I'm just making the most minor of changes to a couple of reports
(Sentinel Details and Summary reports), thanks to 'Brandon'
(http://tinyurl.com/nz4f5j2) for the setup guide...

All I'm trying to do is update the NetIQ logo to our corporate....

I copy the necessary jpg to sdk's resource directory, alter the Footer
sub report (which shows logo)....build everything..... I even open the
spz and check the Footer content and it correctly has the reference to
the new logo....I upload the new verison of the report to the console,
run report, but logo is still NetIQ's....

I even go onto the server and check the server.cache directory and the
new logo file is in the resources directory.....so, wtf??

Doesn't appear to be anything in the logs explaining why it can't write
the correct file.....

Re: Report Change not being rendered in PDF

If you want to customize existing reports then you should do so by
exporting and modifying the 'White Label Template' report which is used
for branding all reports within Sentinel.

Just be sure your images/text are the same size as the originals.

Thanks Aaron....

Seems a bit "misleading" that each report has its own link to a sub
report which is editable, but the to actually change it you have to
modify the "other" template... *rolls eyes*

It's there right now because Sentinel Log Manager does not have the
White Label Template functionality, so when we build reports that are
applicable to both Sentinel and SLM, we include the resources folder so
it works in both reports. Reports that are built to work in just
Sentinel should not have that folder (and it's an SDK bug if you happen
to notice that we do)
