Thanks however the issue I have is running it manually is what is
causing the issue on some systems. It only appears to affect Windows
2008 R2 from what I can see.

Just to return to this, we are getting these errors also on non manual
installs. It appears the dll ContainerMonitorPerformanceCounters.dl lis
affected. I assume this is a NetIQ dll and not an internal windows dll?
When I remove the agent that isn't working the WinSxS errors persist
after uninstall, I'm assuming removing this dll will stop the errors
until I can get the VC++ redists installed?
