SCC "Control Center" will not launch

Hi

When trying to launch the SCC "Control Center", on Windows 7 with Java
1.8.51, the splash screen is showing up for 10-15 seconds, and nothing
else happens.

Running Sentinel 7.3.1 server

Known bug. Grab a copy of the latest Java 7, install it in addition to
your Java 8, create a shortcut on the desktop or wherever you like for
the Javaws.exe (aka webstart) within the JRE7, and drag and drop the SCC
webstart file on it. It will start just fine now (and still use JRE8,
despite the webstart from JRE7.
