HPSA Policy for Apache HTTP Web Server on SuSE 11

I am trying to install Apache HTTP Web Server on SuSE 11. I had installed SuSE (from image file), but I do not find Apache HTTP Server being installed.

I know there is a built-in Apache Web Server associated with SuSE. Do we have a Software Policy (HPSA Policy) which is used to install the built-in Apache Web Server ? If yes, please help me with the link.

Or is there any way I can create a policy on my own ?
