Do we need to run protocol_switch_tool.sh on all infra, slices and satellites?

Do we restart everything after, during?

The protocol_switch_tool.sh needs to be run on all infra, slices and satellites.

No manual restart is needed, protocol_switch_tool.sh will do the restart automatically.
