Put everything below ----- into a vbscript and execute. (Mileage may vary)

You could also do this as an audit/remediate. But this is the easiest way.

---------------------------------------------------

const HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE = &H80000002
strComputer = "."

Set oReg=GetObject("winmgmts:{impersonationLevel=impersonate}!\\" &strComputer & "\root\default:StdRegProv")

strKeyPath = "SOFTWARE\Microsoft\PowerShell\1\ShellIds\Microsoft.PowerShell"
strValueName = "ExecutionPolicy"
strValue = "RemoteSigned"
oReg.SetStringValue HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE,strKeyPath,strValueName,strValue

This script just updates the Registry key that stores the value for the ExecutionPolicy.

It is essentially the same as doing Set-ExecutionPolicy locally on each box.
