I checked the link. But no where in the document it is mentioned that it's support RHEL 8. 

SA version 10.60 supports till RHEL 7.

You asked for "SA agent supported for RHEL 8 for SA version 10.60" - so SA agent is different than SA Core
Indeed, as of now, none of the SA Core versions support RHEL 8 as an underneath platform; moreover, you'll never get such support for the already released ones(only future products get a newer OS)

"Platforms Support" tab is not visible in SA Client .

Is there any settings we need to do for the visibility of this tab ?

The user needs the Action Permission "Managed Platforms" set to Yes.
