Remediate Server For Patch Policies operation in HPOO

The Remediate Server For Patch Policies  operation in HPOO out of box content pack is used to integrate with HPOO and HPSA for running the patch policies and we have one input called continueOnFailure by default its true. now we are facing issue if we have any HPSA server not responding this operation is retrying multiple time to remediate. can we avoid such multiple http request hitting to HPSA using continueOnFailure input setting to false. Please suggest me to how to avoid the multiple http request hitting to HPSA.

OO version: 10.70

SA content pack version : SA[1.5.0]

For any further input please feel to ask.

Thanks in advance 🙂

The continueOnFailure input is for "Attempt to continue running if an error occurs." I don't think that can help you.

The "Remediate Server For Patch Policies" operation don't have a retry mechanism for the HPSA call. But there is another input called "wait". If it's specified, the operation waits the specified amount of milliseconds for the job to finish.
