(SA) Support Tip: SA Java Client Support in Citrix Environment

The SA client has been tested under XenApp 6.5 and 7.12 with Xen receiver 4.3.100 and respectively 4.6. These versions are currently supported.

SA versions 10.10, 10.20, 10.50 and 10.6 have been tested and are supported.

Some aspects to have in mind in this configuration is that in order to persist user settings between different XenApp sessions, Windows Roaming profiles can be used.

In order to avoid problems, each user needs to have its settings saved in a different folder.

The sharing of profile folders between users needs to be avoided.
