(SA) Support Tip: Using the new way.command_shutdown_grace_period parameter

Starting from SA 10.23 rollup 008 a new waybot (command engine) configuration parameter way.command_shutdown_grace_period has been added to the SA client (SA Java client -> Administration -> System Configuration -> Configuration Parameters -> Command Engine (way)) to allow a global time out setting for all jobs, thus avoiding that jobs stay in progress for very long perionds of time.

The max duration of the job is calculated as follows:

<timeout set on job> + <way.command_shutdown_grace_period> + <150 seconds>

The above is true as long as the parameter value is not -1 (default value); if it is -1, then it will wait forever for the results without timeout.
