(SA) Support Tip: Word upload could fail when /var/opt/opsware/word is mounted as local partition

There is a known issue with word upload when installing SA in a multi-slice environment.

If /var/opt/opsware/word is mounted as a local partition on a secondary slice before starting the SA installer then the word upload could occur into the local partition instead of the NFS share.

This could cause a problem with missing word packages.

Before installing SA in a multi-slice environment make sure that there are no mount points for /var/opt/opsware/word on a local partition and that it is not present in /etc/fstab, except on the SA core server where the infrastructure/wordstore is to be installed.
