Tip: How does SA determines which IP to use when trying to register a server with multiple IPs

How does Server Automation (SA) determines which IP address to use when trying to register a multi-homed (multiple IP addresses) unmanaged server when trying to install an agent to it?

The traffic coming from the managed server to the SA core is "the interesting traffic" for SA core and in turn SA is looking from which interface that traffic is coming (normally from the interface in the same subnet with the core) and register that interface/agent.  So, if user would like to have another interface registered change the routing rules on that managed server to have the "interesting traffic" coming from that specific interface.  In other words, if in agent's routing table is saying: to go into SA's subnet use this route(this interface) that interface will be registered in SA.
