Please add the ability to create new incidents and service requests through the Android and iOS apps.

The email integration is not an appropriate substitute. Tickets emailed into the system still need to have the Customer name and Item Type assigned. The screen size of mobile devices is not a reasonable excuse, either.

With ZSD 8.0, we are coming up with the new embedded Mobile browser which is responsive. Using that, you can log tickets.

The mobile application is being phased on in favor of the responsive web application. In 8.2 the New Request workflow is now responsive and you can use a mobile browser to create incidents and change requests in a mobile friendly way.
