Allow technician to update customer contact information during ticket completion

During the process of opening a ticket for a customer that has phoned in, it would be helpful for the tech to verify the contact information for the customer and update any items that are not correct. It is understood that LDAP items would not be update-able outside of the LDAP source, but we do capture other information that could be updated. This helps a back line tech contact the customer at a later date.
Another scenario is when multiple email addresses are used. Alias's can be added and the default address can be defined.
